Employees that are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties and divorce, substance abuse, or any of the many forms of psychological distress cannot function optimally on the job. Vicki Alden, Ph.D. of NOVO has over thirty years experience in mental health/social service.

Dr. Vicki has assisted many people in renewing joy in life through individual, couple, and group psychotherapy for adults between the ages of eighteen and eighty+. Her experience includes service provision in three family service agencies, an in-patient mental health facility, three Chicago area teaching hospitals out-patient programs, and private practice.
