Workshops

NOVO develops and facilitates a wide variety of business workshops to educate, motivate, and improve job performance. The focus is on team building and employee development for management and/or other staff.  Each experience is made to order to meet the identified needs of the specific business. All workshops are led by knowledgeable and dynamic facilitators that bring positive perspectives to their presentations.

The following are examples of workshop categories that can include one-time and multi-session workshops providing topic overviews to in-depth explorations.

Assessment: The use of specific assessment tools enables participants to understand themselves and how they respond to the work environment. Download our Business Training Needs Assessment.

Self-Building: An exploration of the individual and how he/she relates to their environment using assessment tool results and/or group discussion and exercises.  Self-building encourages participants to utilize their strengths to manage stress as well as improve all aspects of job performance.

Crucial Communication: An exploration of communication styles using assessment tool results and/or group discussion and exercises. Participants gain understanding of how they talk to others, how they listen  to others, and how they can do both more effectively.  This encourages  better self-presentation and understanding of those with whom each participant interacts in the workplace.

The Work Environment: An exploration of group dynamics and how individuals work successfully together using assessment tool results and/or group discussion and exercises. These workshops encourage both team building and individual advancement to promote increased productivity and greater commitment to the workplace.
